Terms of Service

The use of services provided by Soczilla.com establishes an agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service and Soczilla.com would not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.

Services:

• Soczilla will only be used to promote your Instagram / Twitter / Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.
• We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, and we merely assure you to get the followers you pay for.
• We guarantee that when using our services with a warranty, any lost followers/likes will be restored for free during the entire warranty period. The exception is if the number of followers / likes / views is lower than it was when the order was placed. In that case, the guarantee and restoration will not work. [No refill / No refund for orders with drops from other panels/sites or providers.]
• If for any reason the link to your page / channel / video becomes unavailable during the order process, we do NOT refill or refund your order. [No refill/ No refund for orders with invalid links or deleted content]. This will happen automatically if the service provides for it. If the service does not contain information about the warranty period, but is marked "non drop", then the warranty period is the standard 30 days.
• We do NOT guarantee 100% that our accounts will have a profile picture, full biography, and uploaded images, although we strive to make this a reality for everyone. You will not upload anything to Soczilla.com, including nudity or any materials that are not accepted or suitable for the Instagram / Twitter / Facebook or other social media community. Before placing an order, please make sure that your account is public and contains content that is not prohibited by law or social media policies (such as fake followers / likes, spam, hacking, drugs, forgery / sale of documents, escort). Before placing an order, please make sure that your content doesn’t violate any Terms of Service of any Social Media community. Otherwise, orders may be executed incorrectly, and refunds are not guaranteed.
• Soczilla.com DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee for a delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders. However, these are estimates. We will not be held responsible for the loss of funds, negative reviews or you being banned for late delivery. If you are selling on a website that requires time-sensitive results, use Soczilla.com at your own risk.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be made. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from Soczilla.com. You agree that once you complete payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
• If you submit a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.
• Orders placed in Soczilla.com will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Soczilla.com account if the order is not deliverable.
• Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm every order before placing it.
• Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
• Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders. Please keep attention!
• Videos, channels, accounts with restrictions have no refill / no refund status. We won't refill any order with restrictions, It's impossible.
• Gambling, private accounts, 18+ videos, posts & videos with country and other types of restrictions will not get any refill or refund.
• We can't refill or refund any order with permanent drops from other providers.
• We won't cover other service's drops.
• Our most of the service start instantly expect few services that take 24-72 hrs to deliver. If you do not receive your service in time, please contact support for fix issue. We are online 24 hours per days to provide you the best support.

Privacy Policy
